Jennifer made it part of her process to include my input. Whether it was used or not she took it and weight it’s merits. She communicated what she was doing and she outlined her plan. I was pleased with her determined attitude to look for valuable points to be made. As in all proceeding there are highs and unfortunate lows. In times of concern she stayed focused on the undisputed points and continued her plan to have these point be considered with significance. We won our case and I can’t express how Thankful I was for this because there was a time when the case did not look winnable. I stress the most important aspect of working with Jennifer was the communication and working as one team.
