Meet The Team

Kaitlyn Daly grew up in Coquitlam, British Columbia. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Criminal Justice at Post University, located in the state of Connecticut in the United States. While at Post University, she was a four-year NCAA Division I athlete in ice hockey, where she earned numerous academic and athletic accolades, and graduated with Honours. After her time in the United States, Kaitlyn then attended law school, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law. There, she was a member of the TRU Lawggers ice hockey team, competing in the Western Canadian Law Hockey Championship. As Co-President, she also co-founded the TRU Criminal Law Club’s Mock Bail Hearing Competition, an annual competition for law students that works closely with the Provincial Court in Kamloops.
After graduating from law school, Kaitlyn is now completing her articles at Stern Shapray Criminal Lawyers, and previously worked as a Summer Student with Stern Shapray for two years. Kaitlyn’s practice focuses on working with other lawyers in the firm to defend adults and youth against all types of Criminal offences and Motor Vehicle Act charges. She also has experience with her own files dealing with the Motor Vehicle Act, driving prohibitions, record suspensions, and security clearance letters.
Kaitlyn frequently works with a broad spectrum of clients and has experience appearing in various levels of court, including the BC Provincial and Supreme Courts. With a well-rounded and community-based background, Kaitlyn is ready and able to assist you with your matter and to help you take positive steps to get your life back on track.
