Sexual Interference and Invitation to Sexual Touching

Sexual interference involves touching a part of the body of any child under the age of 16. Invitation to sexual touching is an offence involving asking, compelling or inciting any child under the age of 16 to touch another child younger than 16. Both these sexual assault charges involving a minor are very serious and can carry severe penalties. These include up to 10 years in jail and a lifetime of negative consequences to your career, relationships and other aspects of your life.
