Stephanie was born and raised in Oshawa, Ontario. Before graduating from law school at Thompson Rivers University, she completed a Bachelor of Arts at Dalhousie University with a focus on Law and International Development. While attending Law School at Thompson Rivers, Stephanie completed a specialization in Human Rights at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.
Stephanie first joined Stern Shapray, Criminal Lawyers as a sole proprietor in 2017, after completing her articles with RTG Law in downtown Vancouver. During her articling period, Stephanie had the opportunity to assist with a multitude of complex legal cases both at the Provincial, Supreme and Appellate Court level.
Stephanie currently practices criminal law and general small claims litigation. She has appeared before the Provincial, Supreme, and Appeal Court of British Columbia, as well as the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Stephanie is known for providing attentive client service and working diligently to ensure the best results for her clients.

Outside of the practice of law, Stephanie is a traveling and sports enthusiast. Her time living in Korea and traveling through the surrounding area has given her a love for Asian food and culture. She also particularly enjoys attempting to survive the surf at Tofino beach during the summer and playing rugby and basketball during the winters.
